1. Features of equipment:
1.1 Production capacity of a single set of prilling tower (for mother solution concentration over 35%) is up to 15,000 t/a. The equipment is amplified step by step from 4,000 t/a. The company has leading and matured design and amplifying technology.
1.2 The prilling tower integrates atomization, fluidization and prilling. The equipment is simply structured and powerful.
1.3 The prilling tower employs high-grade stainless steel and has strong adaptability to mother solution of different qualities. It can produce high-quality calcium chloride with high granular strength and low product turbidity.
1.4 The equipment uses tower-type atomization and fluidization prilling technology with high operation rate. One operating cycle of the tower-type prilling tower is over 30 days on average, several times longer than that of chamber-type prilling tower. Lower operation expense reduces the overall production cost, which is below that of the chamber-type prilling procedure as well. It is thus a kind of high investment and higher output selection.
